We treat an idea as a starting point. We ask what people need, what could be simpler and which parts should work better together.
As new possibilities come up, we weigh them against the problem the product is meant to solve. We keep what makes it more useful and work towards a whole that is clear and easy to use.
Every possibility is judged by what it does for the person who will use the solution.
