Data controller

DSK Solution AS is the data controller for the personal data processed on this website. (Org. no. 938 673 683)

Questions about privacy can be sent to Contact@DSK-solution.com.

The contact form

  • When you send a message, we process your name and email address, your phone number, company and subject if you fill them in, and the message itself.
  • The purpose is to read and reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • The message is sent as an email to our inbox through the email service we use. The website does not store it in a database.
  • We keep enquiries for as long as we need to reply and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Protection against abuse

To prevent spam and login attempts, the server remembers your IP address for a short time, at most 24 hours, and only in memory. The website never writes it to disk, and it is gone when the server restarts.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies for visitors, and we use no analytics or advertising tools.

Administrators get a necessary login cookie when they log in. It is encrypted, cannot be read by scripts, and is deleted when they log out, when the browser closes, or after 8 hours at the latest.

Videos from YouTube and Vimeo

Some product demos may be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. These videos load only when you press play. Your browser then connects to the provider, which may process information such as your IP address and set its own cookies under its own terms. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Vimeo with “Do Not Track”.

Technical logs

The server that runs the website may record technical information such as your IP address, the time and which page was opened, to keep the service secure and to troubleshoot problems. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Links to other websites

The product pages link to the products’ own websites, such as coparent.no. Those websites have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the data we hold about you, and you can object to the processing. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe we process personal data in breach of the rules.
